Sara Porter

Youth of the Year – 2004

At the club:

Sara began playing basketball at the club at age five. She has worked in the Game Room, in the After-School Program and the concession area, and was a counselor at Camp Russell. At Taconic High School, Sara was a member of the soccer, softball, basketball and cross country teams. She was also a volunteer at the St. Stephen's soup kitchen, the Salvation Army and Special Olympics.

Now:

A graduate of Simmons College in Boston, Sara is a nurse at Berkshire Medical Center.
